Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the WOLV content-publishing tool (“Packpost,” “the service”). By connecting an account and using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the service does

The service lets you publish content you create — videos, captions, hashtags, and comments — to social media accounts that you own and have explicitly connected, at times you schedule.

2. Your responsibilities

• You may only connect accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
• You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for ensuring it complies with each platform’s community guidelines, terms, and all applicable laws (including copyright).
• You will not use the service to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, spam, or that violates a platform’s policies.

3. Platform terms

The service publishes through the official APIs of TikTok, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), and Google (YouTube). Your use of those platforms is also governed by their respective terms, and you agree to comply with them, including TikTok’s Content Sharing Guidelines.

4. Availability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that posts will always be delivered, as delivery depends on third-party platform APIs that may change or be unavailable.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from content you publish or from platform actions taken against your accounts.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend the service if it is used in violation of these Terms or any platform policy.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
