This Privacy Policy explains how the WOLV content-publishing tool (“Packpost,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you connect your social media accounts and use the service to publish content you create.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

When you connect an account (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube), we collect and store only what is required to publish content on your behalf:

• Account identifiers — your username, display name, and platform account/user IDs.
• Authorization tokens — the OAuth access and refresh tokens the platform issues so we can publish to the accounts you authorize.
• Content you choose to publish — the videos, captions, hashtags, and comments you queue for posting.

We do not collect your platform passwords, your private messages, your contacts, or your browsing activity.

3. How we use it

We use this information for one purpose: to publish the content you create to the accounts you have connected, at the time you schedule, including any caption, hashtags, and first comment you provide. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose you have not directed.

4. How we store and protect it

Your data is stored locally on the operator’s own device in a private database that is not publicly accessible. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, except to transmit the content you choose to publish to the relevant platform’s official API (TikTok, Meta/Instagram/Facebook, and Google/YouTube).

5. Third-party platforms

Publishing your content requires sending it to the official APIs of the platforms you connect. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own policies:

• TikTok — Privacy Policy

• Google (YouTube) — Privacy Policy

6. Data retention and deletion

We keep your tokens and account identifiers only for as long as your account remains connected. You may disconnect an account at any time, which deletes its stored tokens. You can also revoke access directly in each platform’s settings (e.g., TikTok → Settings → Security → Manage app permissions). To request deletion of all data associated with you, see our Data Deletion page or email patrick@thewolvlife.com.

7. Children

This service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
